Goodman Property Group

Goodman Property Trust invests in high quality industrial and office property.
With sustainability at the core of the project, Kada worked closely with Drew from GHD Woodhead Creative spaces team developing a plan that required the utmost precision and accuracy targeting a 5 Green Star Interior Built rating. The priority was to maximise the sustainability of the outcome whilst keeping the carbon footprint at a minimum.
The organisation wanted to shift from traditional working practices, blurring the boundaries of old rigid working structures to a highly mobile space that is a modern, activity-based open plan encouraging collaboration and innovation.
Goodman adapted the concept of hot-desking and clean desk policies were also instilled into the office culture. Home to almost 50 full time staff, only 38 workstations were placed into the space, encouraging thoughtful interaction and working processes within the work environment.
Kada specifieded Schiavello Krossi kidney shaped workstations, Krossi amoeba work benches, and Krossi fixed height work pods.
Our team also created bespoke pieces for the fit out, including bar leaner and boardroom table to complete the fully customised work space.
The final result is an inspiring space that promotes healthy working practices, designed for a range of activities and inspiring people to work differently, every single day.
