HAL Cantilever belongs to the large family of HAL chairs developed by Jasper Morrison in collaboration with Vitra. The characteristic flexing action of the elegant cantilever base augments the comfort of this chair – which can be even further enhanced with the addition of a fabric seat cover that is available for all models in the HAL family.
Special is generally less useful than normal’: this statement sums up Morrison’s guiding principle for creating designs that are ‘super normal’ rather than extraordinary, showing deference to the dictates of daily life – just like HAL. As a reinterpretation of the multifunctional shell chair, HAL comprises a versatile seating family with a clean contemporary look.
Available in basic dark, white, ivy, chocolate, brick, orange, warm grey and ice grey.
Base in chrome.
