Precinct Flex

Precinct Flex sits in the heart of Wynyard Quarter, Auckland’s vibrant innovation precinct, and embodies a new standard for sustainable workspace design. As New Zealand’s first cross-laminated timber work and event space, it brings together low-carbon construction, warm natural materiality, and a calming sense of openness. With a 6 Star Green Star rating, the building stands as a testament to world-leading environmental performance and a commitment to future-focused design, the kind that aligns seamlessly with how Kada approaches every project.

For this space, Kada provided products that elevate the architectural vision while supporting its strong sustainability values. The Steelcase Series 1 Carbon Neutral chair delivers ergonomic performance with a climate-conscious footprint, making it a natural fit for a building designed to minimise impact. Paired with the Series 1, our New Zealand made Elevate Height Adjustable desks bring adaptability and wellbeing to everyday work, balancing the warmth of the timber with clean, simple lines.

The Talent 300 system is used both in meeting rooms and throughout the space for its versatility, with flip-top tables ideal for presentations, seminars, and flexible layouts.

Together, these pieces complement Precinct Flex’s purpose: a place designed for teams who value innovation, quality, and responsibility. It is a workspace that reflects the future of how we work and a fitting setting for organisations who want their environment to mirror their ambition.
