Global law firm DLA Piper recently relocated its Auckland office to two levels within the PwC Tower in Commercial Bay. Kada was proud to work alongside Jasmax to help realise a refined, open-plan workspace that reflects the surrounding landscape and supports a more collaborative, flexible way of working.
To meet the demands of a modern legal environment, DLA Piper selected the Steelcase Leap chair, a leading ergonomic task chair known for its adaptive support and long-term comfort. The Leap was a deliberate choice, ensuring staff are equipped with seating that responds to movement and promotes wellbeing throughout the workday.
Complementing this, Kada supplied our New Zealand made Elevate desks across the office. These height-adjustable workstations allow users to seamlessly switch between sitting and standing, encouraging healthy work habits while supporting various work styles and postures. The clean, linear aesthetic of the Elevate desk also contributed to the office’s sense of flow and cohesion.
To support the fully open-plan layout, Kada also provided Melteca lockers for secure, personal storage, helping maintain a tidy, uncluttered workspace. In the reception area, Vitra Pacific chairs offer a sophisticated first impression that ties into the overall tone of the fit-out.
With the right blend of ergonomic function, flexibility and design, Kada’s furniture solutions help DLA Piper deliver a workplace that’s elegant, efficient and equipped for the future.
