Shipping and Returns

We ship nationwide from our Auckland warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Please note that rural addresses may incur additional delivery charges.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated nationwide delivery timeframes are typically between 3 - 8 working days. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier availability and external factors.

We offer collection from our Auckland warehouse Monday to Friday, between 8:00am - 3:00pm.

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange collection. Please wait until you receive your collection confirmation email before coming to the warehouse, to allow our team time to prepare your order.

Most collection orders are available the following business day.

Full-priced, in-stock items may be returned within 14 days for a credit or exchange.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Kada reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item received is damaged or faulty.

Sale items are final and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
