Bayleys Real Estate’s new office at 303 Remuera Road embodies a refined and contemporary approach to workplace design, balancing functionality with aesthetic clarity. In collaboration with Platform Consulting Group and Maken, Kada helped deliver a cohesive environment that supports focused work, flexibility, and a welcoming experience for both employees and clients.

Designed to balance practicality with visual appeal, the Steelcase Series 1 chairs in Seagull finish were selected to complement the clean, refined aesthetic of the space while supporting everyday ergonomic comfort. These are thoughtfully placed throughout the open-plan work areas to provide flexibility for a variety of working styles.

Understanding the need for adaptable workstations, Kada supplied NZ Made Elevate and Koncept desks. The Elevate range offers height adjustability to promote movement and reduce fatigue, while the fixed-height Koncept desks provide a streamlined, functional solution that integrates seamlessly into the workspace. All desks were fitted with upholstered screens to support employee wellbeing, offering acoustic comfort and visual separation to help staff stay focused, while still encouraging collaboration.

The new Remuera office not only functions as a dynamic space for the Bayleys team, it also reflects the organisation’s dedication to thoughtful design, team wellbeing, and meaningful engagement with the community.
