At Kada, we deliver all orders nationwide within New Zealand from our own Auckland warehouse. Not all our products are in stock and may be subject to the indicative lead time on the product page. Products with a lead time are sourced and shipped to our Kada warehouse directly from our overseas brand partners.
Once you place an order with Kada you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as the order has been processed you will receive another email confirming dispatch as well as all the relevant tracking details for delivery.
Shipping & Delivery Lead Times
Delivery will be between two days and two weeks for items in stock, depending on your location and the volume of the product. Delivery to remote areas may take longer but it is our intention to deliver as quickly as possible.
For products with a lead time, we will contact you near arrival to arrange delivery. Kada is not responsible for any part deliveries or delay in delivery of goods, as a result of events outside of our control.
Furniture orders within Auckland will be delivered by our experienced warehouse team who will deliver, unpack, assemble (if required) and dispose of the packaging materials.
Furniture orders outside Auckland will be delivered to your door via a trusted freight forwarder and may take longer due to the size of the goods being shipped. As these are manual bookings, it is not always possible to provide tracking details. If you require an update on the shipment of a furniture order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Smaller orders i.e. accessories will be delivered via a selected courier.
All delivery costs will be calculated based on volume and distance at the checkout.
For rural locations or difficult access we reserve the right to charge extra for freight. Please contact us if you would like a quote or have any questions.
We offer free furniture collection from our Auckland warehouse in Pakuranga Heights on Monday-Friday. You will be emailed as soon as your order is ready for collection. Proof of purchase and ID are required on pick-up.
