Kada and our Warehouse are closed from 12.00pm 23rd of December until 8.00am on the 10th of January 2022. All online orders will be processed, shipped, or be available for collection, once we are back open on the 10th of January.
How will I know when my order will be shipped?
As soon as your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming dispatch as well as all the relevant tracking details for delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery will be within five (5) to ten (10) business days for items in stock, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer but it is our intention to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Products with a lead time will be dispatched once the product has arrived at our Kada warehouse. Please note our lead times are indicative only.
Can I collect the item I purchased?
We offer free furniture collection from our Auckland warehouse in Pakuranga Heights on Monday-Friday. You will be emailed as soon as your order is ready for collection. Proof of purchase and ID are required on pick-up.
Can I view the item I want to purchase?
Yes, our showroom is open by appointment only, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that not all items available on the Kada website will be available to view in the showroom at any one time.
