Generator sought to expand to their third location following the success of their boutique co-working spaces. Their vision was to create a premium fit-out in the EY Building at Takutai Square, and Kada was excited to join the journey. We collaborated closely with the Generator team to curate furniture that would foster a flexible and agile working environment.

The intent was to craft a truly unique, on-demand co-working space, and Britomart Place delivers on this vision. With multiple balconies and harbour views, private office suites, flexible desking, meeting rooms, premium boardrooms, event spaces, members’ lounges, and an on-site bar café, the space supports companies of 2–50 employees. It is furnished with 220 effortless Elevate Height Adjustable Desks and minimal, contemporary Aire desks, balancing style, functionality, and comfort.

Since opening, Generator has hosted a wide range of events, workshops, and functions. We’ve loved collaborating with them on this project and continue to work together regularly, helping to create spaces that inspire productivity, connection, and creativity.
