Just Landed: Leap Chair with Headrest from Steelcase.
The Kiwi Property developers vision was to create a space that would reflect their working goal to build towards a better place for their employees. Working alongside Warren and Mahoney, Kada aimed to develop an agile working environment yet sustain visual harmony in all aspects.
Krossi Dual Height workstations were utilised to encourage movement in the workplace. Schiavello Aire benches were used to shift the shape of work. The Aire product delivers high-density benching and a new level of choice for employees in the shared work environment.
Kada also worked closely with the IT team at Kiwi Property to perfect the monitor arm and tech requirements. The M2 and M8 Monitor arms by Humanscale were adapted into the workstations along with custom targus cable trays, providing greater agility to adjust their stations to support their needs.
We presented a range of finishes contributing to the bold final aesthetic, which brings a residential tone to the project. The workplace is reflective of the place making objectives the company upholds which inherently supports their company values. We take pride in our contribution to WAM’s overall mission to “set a benchmark to show their clients and partner’s what is possible.”
Feedback from the client indicates the new workplace has transformed the way they work, meet and host. The detailing of the systems had allowed for a more structured environment, the space is noticeably decluttered and allows the staff to survey the space for a seat at speed.
