The new headquarters of Mercury Energy at 33 Broadway in Newmarket, a landmark workspace designed by Warren & Mahoney brings together approximately 600 staff into a single, agile environment. The five‑star Green Star rated building features a light-filled atrium, a grandstand stair linking levels, and design elements that foster collaboration and movement.

Kada supplied the Softshell Chair on a four‑legged base and the Bistro Table for the building’s lunch areas and informal meeting zones. These pieces were chosen for their comfort, clean design, and versatility, supporting relaxed dining, spontaneous collaboration, and casual catch-ups.

This project highlights Kada’s ability to provide design‑led furniture that enhances both function and experience, creating spaces where staff can connect, recharge, and work comfortably in thoughtfully considered environments.
