The striking new space is a place where employees and clients can work together to deliver exceptional outcomes for New Zealand.

A high-quality workstation for partners and staff was a base prerequisite. Kada’s Elevate sit to stand workstations supported wellbeing and offered an integrated solution for plantings. The simple cable management and personal desk file storage system has surpassed expectations and has made the move to open plan a success. MERW required a timeless, classic design for client meeting rooms which was consistent with the open plan working floors. Our Vitra Soft Shell meeting room chairs met the brief and offered flexibility, comfort and quality. The chairs also paired beautifully with the Schiavello Marina meeting room tables. These refined tables were customised as per the Jasmax design brief.

Storage units that performed a variety of functions to support MERW flexible workspace was essential in the procurement process. Kada was able to provide a Custom NZ made storage units with reconfigurable coat storage, team file storage and with magnetic whiteboard backs. These were locally designed, prototyped and tested to ensure they met the brief and MERW was delighted to be able to work with a local supplier on this element of the fit out.

The final design has created an environment that is modern, with durable and high-quality finishes that provides the team with a flexible working environment for any work style.
