Kada was proud to support Warren and Mahoney on the PwC head office at Commercial Bay. Spanning six levels of New Zealand’s tallest commercial tower, the workplace was designed to accommodate over 900 employees and reflects PwC’s shift towards more agile, collaborative, and people-centred ways of working.
A key component of the fit-out was the integration of Framery pods across the floors, including both Framery One and Framery Six models. These soundproof booths were strategically placed to provide dedicated spaces for focus, private conversations, and video calls, helping to manage acoustic balance in the open-plan environment. With such a high number of employees and a dynamic work culture, the need for accessible, private workspaces was essential. The Framery Six pods support this with ample space for team discussions and focused group work. Framery’s smart pods and smart office solutions also elevate the convenience of meeting room management, ensuring teams can collaborate efficiently without compromising on comfort or privacy.
Viccarbe’s Black Burin tables were selected for their sculptural form and understated sophistication, which elevate the surrounding environment. Positioned in informal meeting zones as well as by the reception area, these tables make a striking first impression while offering a functional and stylish surface for conversation and connection.
Kada also supplied a selection of carefully curated furniture from Bene and Schiavello, helping to support the varied working styles and functional needs of PwC’s diverse team. The overall result is a considered and future-ready workplace that embodies both elegance and efficiency.
