Proposed Validity
Our quotations are valid for 30 business days from date of issue, unless otherwise specified.

Unit Prices
Unit prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST.

Deposit
A deposit may be required on large contract orders or any indent order confirmation. The balance payable is to be invoiced upon delivery.Staged progress claims applicable on large contracts by prior negotiation on a contract by contract basis.(strictly no 12-month construction retentions apply)

Quantity
We reserve the right to change our price / unit rates, should the quantities ordered, vary from those originally quoted, or are isolated from a main contract pricing submission.

Leadtime
Kada will endeavor to deliver all product within specified lead-times. However, we cannot guarantee all international product will arrive within the proposed lead-time due to international freight and shipping delays and/or close down periods in certain factories.

Delivery & Installation
Our quotation excludes delivery & installation unless otherwise specified. Delivery and installation is based on clear and uninterrupted access to and on site. Access to working goods or passenger lifts during the duration of the contract load in. Installation and delivery during normal working business hours (Monday – Friday 8am-5pm). Installation and delivery outside of these hours may incur an additional charge. Unless specified, we do not price for staged deliveries as these can incur further cost.
Please advise us if your delivery is to be staged.

Quality Assurance
Kada warrants that, subject to the period referred to in any warranty relating specifically to the goods supplied to the purchaser, the goods shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage as a result from abnormal use, misuse, abuse or accident.

Warranty
We undertake to warrant all products, as supplied by Kada, for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery against faulty material and workmanship. The warranty is conditional and subject to all workstations, desks and any of the warranted products, being relocated and re-configured only by Kada or under Kada supervision.
