Kada collaborated closely with the Jasmax design team to help Meredith Connell create New Zealand’s first WELL Pre-Certified workplace – a one-of-a-kind space complete with its own living terrarium.
Meredith Connell’s (MC’s) new 230-person workspace, located on the top two levels of the MC Centre on Auckland City’s Fanshawe Street, provides an unparalleled environment that exemplifies the firm’s unique, forward-thinking approach to accommodating a growing number of staff and attracting New Zealand’s best legal talent.
The brief was to design a workspace that defies all preconceived notions of what a law firm should look like and feel like; one that celebrates Aotearoa and connects people with in an open workplace.
Collaborative meeting rooms, outfitted with Vitra Softshell Chairs, strike the perfect balance of flexibility, comfort, and quality, instantly elevating the space with their refined aesthetic.
Marina Workstations were a natural fit for the MC office. Designed for the fluid demands of modern work culture, they deliver multifunctional solutions across both concentration and collaboration zones, while lending an understated sophistication to the environment.
Melteca Lockers, made in New Zealand, were designed and distributed throughout the MC office, providing the workspace with flexible lockers that allow people to work from anywhere while incorporating custom artwork that complements the radical colour palette and contemporary Aotearoa.
