How Will I Know My Order Will Be Shipped?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming dispatch along with all relevant tracking details for delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery for in-stock items is typically within five to ten business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Items with a lead time will be dispatched once they arrive at our Kada warehouse. Please note lead times are indicative only.
Can I collect the item I purchased?

We offer free furniture collection from our Auckland warehouse in Pakuranga Heights on Monday-Friday. You will be emailed as soon as your order is ready for collection. Proof of purchase and ID are required on pick-up.
Can I view the item I want to purchase?

Yes, our showroom is open by appointment only, please contact info@kada.co.nz. Please note that not all items available on the Kada website will be available to view in the showroom at any one time.
