Deloitte's new office in Auckland's Commercial Bay precinct reflects connections to whenua and whanaungatanga. Spanning five levels, it supports over 400 employees and accommodates various styles of working.
Kada partnered with Custance on the fit-out, providing bespoke New Zealand and international furniture. The design incorporates natural materials and neutral tones, with each floor inspired by a different aspect of Tāmaki Makaurau’s unique landscape.

Steelcase’s Think Chair and Flex Collection were incorporated into Deloitte’s workspace to enhance comfort and collaboration. The Think chair adapts to each user, promoting healthy habits and boosting productivity, while the Flex Collection’s reconfigurable furniture supports dynamic teamwork.
